Roberta Vaino LL.M.

Roberta was born on Ischia, an island in southern Italy, amongst others known from the beautiful Italian film Il Postino.

She received her bachelor's degree from the University Federico II of Naples, Italy.

Roberta completed her master's degree in Intellectual Property at the School of law Just legal services s.r.l. in Milan.

She contributed to two scholarly articles on domain names and infringement of patents and designs on the Internet by 3D printing in the legal textbook "Diritto industriale e diritto d'autore nell'era digitale" - G. Cassano - B. Tassone, Giuffrè, Milan, 2022.

After her studies, she worked at Barbone & Tassone intellectual property in Rome.

Roberta is certified as a lawyer, she is registered on the register of the Italian Bar Association.

To broaden her horizons, Roberta moved to Amsterdam.
Her passion for Intellectual Property brought Roberta to the Merkplaats.

Roberta loves art and she likes to read in her free time.
